We offer three service levels:
Service Level 1 - £250
A 3D model of your planned space accurate to the dimensions provided, with external doors, windows and any skylights.
Representations of any built in units and worktops, all to scale.
Our choice of flooring, unless already known.
Illuminated by sunlight.
Navigable in realtime via a browser with mouse or keyboard.
All elements of Level 2, and additionally the extra details that create a realistic impression of the completed extension, such as:
Detailed door and window styles. splashbacks, appliances and sinks.
Lighting and switch placement, wall textures, and furniture.
Accurate geolocation for sunlight and shadows winter and summer.
Navigable as Level 2 and also available as an Ultra HD file which can be experienced with a VR headset (subject to adequate system requirements).
We offer three revisions for both service levels without additional charge, and further revisions at a pre-agreed cost.
Service Level 3 - £500
You give us the dimensions of your proposed kitchen extension and we’ll build 3D models for several layouts that we think will work within the space, incorporating any ideas that you may already have.
Each model can be navigated online with a mouse and keyboard, and is a really good way to reach a design decision without the nagging doubt over alternatives once its built.
